We have successfully completed our first MLCP (Multi-Level Car Parking) Project in Guwahati. It is the very first Automated Car Parking Project of North East. Located at Shradhanjali Kanan Zoo Road it has parking space for 302 cars. The project was completed in the track time of just 8 months and was handed over to GDMA authorities for public use.
Being our first turkey project, we re-developed the land for MLPC installations. We ensured providing all the amenities including both basic and advance. The project was designed and installed in such a way that it gave the largest three facades for advertising purpose and provided a clear view of the main road.

Besides car parking management system, there also a provision for waiting room and rest rooms for drivers. The strategic installation of CCTV cameras ensures 100% surveillance of the parking area. The boom barriers installed at the entry and exit points are integrated with real time parking charge calculator and ticket dispensing machine.
Inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal, the project garnered the appreciation of prevalent government for its completion within given timeframe.
